I've been involved with coaching across a wide range of environments, from coaching people through new experiences, to individual executive and senior team coaching and development.
After an initial career in computing within the telecommunications industry, I have spent more than 20 years helping others grow and develop, both personally and professionally.
My focus is on enabling individuals to achieve peak performance by exploring their hidden depths. The primary goal for this is to increase the contribution people are able to make within their organisations.
I'm a certified coach and qualified to work with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) behavioural tools.
I hold a Masters in Strategic Leadership and I'm also a Chartered Engineer and IT Professional. All of these complement my engaging, pragmatic and focused approach to the development of people.
I have a wide range of interests including travel and the outdoors. I've taught swimming, climbing and kayaking, and I qualified as a master scuba diver trainer. I've always had a strong community involvement, especially in learning related areas and was a long-standing director and trustee of my local Education Business Partnership.
Having spent most of my life helping people overcome their barriers and become capable doing things they may never have attempted before, I'm happy to let my work continue to contribute to the achievement of others.
